Talent Factory — Current Status

Last updated: 2026-05-30 (refreshed by Oscar — prior update 2026-03-21 was stale)

TL;DR

Factory is fully staffed (23 roles, all active) and in production mode. The digital-talent line is operational with 10 work orders booked. Agent-EA was rebuilt to a lean D1-first v2 engine. Internal infrastructure expanded materially: factory intranet (feat/intranet), Consulting department, R&D pipeline, framework library, and a JCT/Cloudflare client-publishing path. #1 revenue blocker: STM WO-0001 handover still unsigned — and the demo environment likely needs a v2 re-validation before the session.

Production Line Enhancements

  • Request type routing — 4 request types defined (TFD-0006): new talent/new client, new talent/existing client, enhancement, work request for deployed talent. Factory handles Types 1-3; Type 4 goes to the deployed talent directly.
  • Client context registryproduction-lines/clients/{client-slug}/ stores client profiles, deployed talent registries, and engagement history. STM is first client (CLIENT-001).
  • Intake paths — Stage 1 now has existing client path (Type 2) and enhancement intake (Type 3) in addition to standard new client intake.

WO-001 Production Run — STM EA Agent

Stage Status Owner Output
1–3 Intake / Req / Patterns Done Camille/Pablo/Ada Work order (order.md)
4 Build Done Pablo 16 skills, 9 templates, 4 docs, assembly checklist
5 QA PASS Quinn qa-certification.md
6 Deployment PASS Diego deployment-manifest.md
7 Delivery Ready Dana handover-agenda.md, delivery-confirmation.md
8 Billing Pending client session CEO Triggered by signed confirmation
9 Feedback Pending Fiona Scheduled at 30/60/90 days post-delivery

Status: Awaiting handover session with STM to collect delivery confirmation signature. ⚠️ Risk: the pre-session checklist assumes the v1 demo environment; agent-ea has since been rebuilt to v2 — the demo machine needs re-validation before a date is set.

What's Next

  1. Close STM WO-0001 — re-validate the v2 demo env, then run the handover and collect the signature → triggers billing (#1 revenue blocker).
  2. Decide agent-ea client structure — mono-client vs multi-client, before onboarding client #2.
  3. Ship WO-0005 (Stage 4) and advance WO-0008 / Maya RAG-wiki toward delivery.
  4. Second-client prospecting — Maya leads, post-STM.
