Request

Build a personal-use Project Manager digital talent to help the CEO run his personal house-building project (the "Architecture Maison" project, C:\Projects\Architecture Maison). Today the work lives as ad-hoc prompts in Claude cloud chat; this order moves it into a proper, code-backed skill set inside the factory so it has real PM capabilities (prioritization, planning, tracking) and a durable home. This also serves as a dogfooding case: producing a personal talent through the factory's own production line.

  • Given existing cloud-chat prompts, when migrated, then the equivalent capability runs as a proper Claude Code skill (not pasted prompts).
  • Given a new decision/task, when captured, then it is tracked with status and dependencies.

Definition of Done

  • All acceptance criteria pass
  • Deliverables packaged per deployment manifest
  • QA certification completed (qa-certification.md)
  • Handover materials ready (here: setup notes for personal use)
  • Order status updated to completed with date

Success Criteria

  • 30-day: CEO uses the talent to drive at least one full prioritization cycle on the house project.
  • 90-day: Cloud-chat prompts fully retired; the talent is the single PM surface for the build.
