Acceptance Criteria
Given a morning check-in, when user reports state, then coach proposes a session adapted to energy/mood
Given a weekly goal, when user completes sessions, then coach adapts next week's plan
Given any prescribed exercise, when presented to the user, then the coach includes a photo or a reputable URL demonstrating proper form
Given a longevity topic question, when asked, then coach references reputable frameworks (Tai Chi, calisthenics progressions, positive psychology) with source attribution
Given any medical or risky symptom, when detected, then coach recommends consulting a professional
