Context
Bruno wants to mature the Dating Coach (WO-PROD-004) beyond its current v1 state. The coach already integrates Jared Laurence (Modern Success) and Chris Voss (Never Split the Difference) techniques with a response database (R-001–R-016) and tension texts (T-001–T-010). Four improvement areas identified.
Key Observations
- The current system prompt supports screenshot uploads and bilingual coaching, but has no feedback loop to track which responses actually work in practice
- The input folder has a solid technique database but no way to capture new material from Jared's posts or other sources as Bruno encounters them
- The coach lacks persistence across sessions — no conversation history, no contact tracking, no learning from past interactions
Decisions
D1 — Framework Expansion · Critical
Stakes: The coach's technique library is the core differentiator. Broader sources = better options per situation.
Options considered:
- A: Robert Greene (Art of Seduction) — strategic seduction, power dynamics, archetypes
- B: Dark psychology creators (TikTok/YouTube)
- C: Both + others
Decision: Both Greene AND dark psychology creators, plus any other sources Bruno encounters. Specific dark psych sources to be added later via the framework capture section. Bruno will name them as he finds them.
Framework sources to integrate:
- Jared Laurence — Modern Success (already integrated)
- Chris Voss — Never Split the Difference (already integrated)
- Robert Greene — Art of Seduction (new)
- Dark psychology creators (TBD — Bruno will add via capture)
- Other sources as discovered
D2 — Response Effectiveness Log · Critical
Stakes: Without tracking what works, the coach can't improve. This is the learning loop.
Options considered:
- A: Claude.ai project memory only
- B: File in repo only
- C: Both
Decision: Best approach recommended = Both (C):
- Claude.ai memory for live use — the coach remembers what worked/didn't within the project, adjusts recommendations in real-time
- Repo file (
input/response-log.md) as the curated knowledge base — Bruno pastes results here, the coach's system prompt references it for technique selection
This gives live learning + persistent knowledge that survives project resets.
Questions Clarified
Q1 — Screenshot & Conversation Workflow · Critical
How should screenshots and conversation history be stored for coaching context?
Answer: Folder per contact in the repo. Keep the original screenshots (pictures). Extract text where useful but always preserve the image. This gives the coach visual context (layout, emoji, tone) plus a history per person.
Implementation: WO-PROD-004/input/conversations/{contact-name}/ — drop screenshots in, optionally add extracted text. The coach's system prompt references this for continuity.
Q2 — Framework Material Capture · Important
Bruno wants a section/workflow to capture Jared posts and other framework material as he encounters them.
Answer: (Implicit from note) Create a capture workflow — when Bruno sees a useful post or technique, he drops it into a dedicated folder or file. The coach integrates it into its technique library.
Implementation: WO-PROD-004/input/framework-captures/ — raw captures (screenshots, text, links). Periodically reviewed and integrated into the response database or tension texts.
Actions
| # | Action | Owner | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| A1 | Create Robert Greene / Art of Seduction technique guide (like Chris Voss guideline) | Claude | High |
| A2 | Add response effectiveness log file + update system prompt to reference it | Claude | High |
| A3 | Create conversations/ folder structure for per-contact screenshot history |
Claude | High |
| A4 | Create framework-captures/ folder for raw material capture (Jared posts, dark psych, etc.) |
Claude | High |
| A5 | Update system prompt to support conversation history context (read from folder) | Claude | Medium |
| A6 | Add dark psychology techniques once Bruno names specific sources | Bruno | Deferred |
| A7 | Research additional dating/persuasion frameworks to propose | Claude | Low |
Suggested Next Step
The input/ folder has clear requirements. Next: execute A1–A5 to upgrade the coach — create the new framework guides, folder structures, and update the system prompt with the new capabilities.
