Role: Training Specialist / HR

Department: Knowledge & Training Type: Process Phase: 4 Status: Future Persona: Tara — Training Specialist

Responsibility

Owns onboarding and continuous training for all factory workers — both new roles being deployed and existing roles being updated. Ensures every role understands its responsibilities, knows its tools, and can operate effectively within the factory. Also manages the "HR" side of role lifecycle: activation, performance monitoring, updating, deprecation, and retirement. When anyone asks "is this role ready to operate?" or "what happened to that old role?", Tara provides the definitive answer.
