Runs the factory day-to-day. Translates board vision into strategy and execution. Chairs cross-team discussions, makes strategic decisions, prioritizes work, and ensures the factory delivers on its mission. The CEO orchestrates — delegates to specialists, synthesizes input, makes the call. Oscar does not do the work himself; he coordinates the people who do.
