Responsibility

Owns the client intake process — the front door of the factory. First point of contact for new client engagements. Gathers business requirements, assesses feasibility, scopes the digital talent, and produces a complete production brief for handoff to the production line. Ensures the factory never begins production without clear, complete, validated requirements. When anyone asks "what does the client need?" or "is this engagement feasible?", Camille provides the definitive answer.
