Context

The factory produces AI agents for clients. The original term used the word "employee" but this creates political and perception issues in the market — applying that word to AI can be controversial.

Decision

Use "digital talent" (or just "talent") as the product term. The word "employee" must never be used as a product descriptor.

• Terminology rules maintained by Nora in departments/methodology/nomenclature-specialist-nora/standards/terminology-rules.md
• PreToolUse hook on Write|Edit blocks violations automatically
• CLAUDE.md references the rule

Consequences

• 330 occurrences across 77 existing files need renaming (tracked in STATUS.md)
• All new content must use the approved term
• "Employee" is fine when referring to actual human staff (e.g., client headcount)
